Services

If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact your stylist within 3 days of your original appointment. Your stylist will assess your concern and can adjust tonality or minor haircut adjustments at no cost. Services are not refundable and we stand behind our consultation to communicate and meet your needs appropriately. After 3 days any additional services will be considered a new service charge.

Returns/Exchanges

All Kevin Murphy products are non-refundable, but may be exchanged within 7 days of original purchase date.

Extensions

All Hair Extensions are final sale and non-refundable. Hair Extensions are considered abandoned if not installed or picked up within the salon 31 days from original installation appointment or purchase date. We cannot hold extensions and they will be recycled in the event they are abandoned.

Children and extra guests

We enforce a no child policy to ensure comfort for all guests. We cannot allow children to wait in the lobby unattended for the duration of color or haircut appointments. We ask if you cannot find childcare to please reschedule your appointment. At this time, we cannot allow extra guests to wait in the lobby due to restrictive space. Thank you for understanding!

BOX DYE AND NON PROFESSIONAL COLOR

We do not apply any at home or store bought color. The artists provide their choice of professional hair color to address individual needs. If you have had any non-professional color applied to your hair in the last ten years, this must be communicated to your stylist. Non professional dyes contain metals and salts that chemically react when overlapped with professional lighteners and chemicals. In the event of a chemical reaction, the artists nor Salt + Mane Salon will be held liable for damages. A waiver will be presented to guests prior to performing chemicals services addressing this policy.
